The second cohort of the Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Program (SBNH-L) successfully completed the program, finishing the 12 modules and mentorship components. The cohort had a chance to come together and celebrate their accomplishments on October 28, 2022. During the celebration, participants that completed a capstone change project were given the opportunity to present their work. These projects are optional and can give participants an opportunity to consolidate and integrate their learnings into their work environments.
SBNH-L capstone change projects advance SBNH or SBNH-L within the clinical setting, to the benefit of the patients, teams, units, and organizations. Many of the projects are being put into action by our partner institutes. Presentations from cohort 2 can be found at the links below.
