The Faculty of Science Excellence award goes to... Chantal!

Kudos to Chantal who received the听Faculty of Science Excellence award, a testament to her exceptional contributions to our graduate students and department at large over the past 38 years. Chantal's work is multifaceted, and the success of our nowadays well over 230 Graduate Student Population hinges in great part on her relentless work in our department.

These awards, announced at the Faculty of Science Council meeting on May 21st, recognize the outstanding contributions made by members of the Faculty鈥檚 administrative and support staff during the 2023-2024 academic year.听听

McGill receives funding from the Canadian Space Agency for exoplanet studies using the James Webb Space Telescope

香蕉视频 has received funding from the Canadian Space Agency for two separate projects dedicated to the study of exoplanets, using the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). The projects are slated for completion by June 2025. Both studies will be led by Professor Nicolas Cowan.
