FULL: Experience Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) in the Morgan Arboretum
Join guide Jacky Farrell (McGill Science Outreach), for a bilingual Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk in the Morgan Arboretum. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break, recharge and celebrate autumn!
For adults. (No dogs.) Space is limited and registration is required by November 1st at noon.
Details:
·       This session  – a value of $40/person  – is being offered for a fee of $20 through Ï㽶ÊÓƵ.
·     Please arrive at 9:00 am and pay at the entry: debit or credit only.
·    We'll meet at the Conservation Center at 9:20 am to check in. We’ll be leaving at 9:30. Â
This walk will be postponed in the event of rain to Nov. 6th.
