The Hindu-Catholic Dialogue, a longstanding bilateral encounter sponsored by the Hindu Federation of Canada and the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops, will be meeting at the School of Religious Studies on Sat., Mar. 18. All are welcome to participate in a portion of day's events, beginning at 10:45 am in the Birks Chapel with a Qurbana (Holy Mass), chanted in Malayalam and English according to the Syro-Malabar Rite of Kerala; followed by a complimentary South Indian-style luncheon at noon (in the Senior Common Room); and concluding with a special lecture (with Q & A) by world-renowned McGill professor Arvind Sharma, on theme of Gandhi and Jesus, at 1 pm.
