Join us for a virtual walk through McGill's leafy legacy accessible via ArcGIS StoryMaps on tablet, phone or desktop. This one-hour online guided tour offers a serene stroll focusing on the astounding botanical heritage of the McGill downtown campus. From the gnarled gingko on upper Peel Street to the stately maple of lower campus, from Montreal's oldest Black walnut tree to the indigenous apple orchard behind Lady Davis coach house, this virtual tour helps us appreciate our on-campus green sanctuary. Hosted and led by Ingrid Birker (Redpath Museum) and Kaja Surborg (Geography and Education). In English. All ages welcome.
