Gods and goddesses of Ancient Egypt are illustrated on various artifacts, papyrus scrolls and buildings. The Temple of Hathor has a carving of Horus, the god of the sky who has the body of a man and the head of a hawk. Learn all about the different gods, their story of origin, their appearance and their role in Ancient Egyptian culture.
