Biodiversity on Earth with the Museum at Home
To honour Earth Day we will explore the huge diversity of animals around the globe.
In this presentation Jessica Ford (Ph.D. Green Lab, Redpath Museum, 㽶Ƶ) will share her love of “herps”, which are reptiles and amphibians like turtles, snakes, frogs, and toads. She will also tell us about her research work to protect the Canadian habitats of some of these “herps”. Some of these animals might make an appearance with Jessica!
helps the public across the country recognize and celebrate the world's largest environmental event each year, usually at the end of April. Don't miss the day that marks the fact that a small seed can help us contribute to a sustainable future for the earth.
