This season鈥檚 Bindra lecturer will be听Professor Scott Waddell from the University of Oxford. Dr听Waddell conducts elegant studies in Drosophila of the neurocircuitry involved in reward and aversion. As is our tradition, he will give two presentations.

Morning seminar (10:00am, MC-2001, rm 461): Neural Circuit Mechanisms of Memory Formation and Re-evaluation in Drosophila

Afternoon lecture (3:30pm, MCMED 522): Dopaminergic Control of Motivated Behaviour in the Fruit Fly

The afternoon session will be followed by a wine & cheese reception in the Bellini Building (3655 Promenade Sir William Osler).
