Paul Meighan-Chiblow wins 2021 TIRF's Doctoral Dissertation Grant

Paul J. Meighan-Chiblow, PhD Candidate in Educational Studies at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, is the winner of the prestigious Doctoral Dissertation Grant awarded by The International Research Foundation for English Language Education (). Paul is also the co-winner of the for the highest-rated application.
