For the last five years, the Physics Education Research (PER) group, formed by the Physics Department and the Office of Science Education, has been collecting data from McGill physics undergrads, professors, and grad students regarding the understanding of uncertainties. This talk will provide an overview of the results and insights from this study, and possible future directions for student learning in physics.Ìý
