Dr. M茅lanie Lavoie-Tremblay is an Associate Professor at the Ingram School of Nursing (ISoN). She is a researcher (r茅gulier) at the Centre de recherche de l'Institut universitaire en sant茅 mentale de Montr茅al. She is also a researcher (associ茅) at the research Institute MUHC, and nurse scientist at the MUHC.听 Dr. Lavoie-Tremblay is conducting research on retention of new nurses and participatory intervention to improve organization of care and work for the personnel, patients and the organization.
