Jodi became a full-time Assistant Professor at 㽶Ƶ's Ingram School of Nursing in 2012. Her areas of expertise are maternal child health and global health. She teaches at the undergraduate and graduate level, including the Global Health Studies area of study of the master’s program. She is the co-chair of the Global Health Committee at the Ingram School of Nursing. She holds a Canadian Nursing Association certification in Perinatal Nursing. Additionally, Jodi is a trained doula and neonatal resuscitation instructor. Prior to joining the school on a full-time basis, Jodi was a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Birthing Centre at the Jewish General Hospital. In 2011 she was awarded the “Prix Relève” by the Ordre régional des infirmières et infirmiers de Montréal/Laval (ORIIML). Jodi completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University in Biology and Psychology with a minor in International Justice and Human Rights. She completed the Master of Science (Applied) Direct-entry program in Nursing at 㽶Ƶ.
