The collaboration, termed “Coronavirus Sequencing in Quebec,” (CoVSeQ) is led by Profs Sandrine Moreira, Hugues Charest and Michel Roger at the Laboratoire de santĂ© publique du QuĂ©bec (LSPQ) of the INSPQ. The Federal Government is committing $40 million to support Genome Canada’s launch of the newly formed Canadian COVID Genomics Network (CanCOGeN).
