Toronto Star - On biofuels and climate change

Global energy prices are on the rise, as are food prices and atmospheric carbon dioxide levels. Advanced biofuels can address all of these problems, and Canada, with its large biomass reserves and small population is well-placed to become a world leader in producing the next-generation of biofuels, say Warren Mabee of Queen's University and Donald L. Smith of McGill.
