T.V. Paul, a distinguished academic (of Indian origin) at the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, Canada, has made a valuable contribution to exploring the historical experience of the non-use of nuclear weapons and the challenges now faced globally. His book on the subject was published first in 2009 by Stanford University and the current volume is its South Asian edition.
