Expert: How time changes can disrupt our biological clock

On Nov. 3, Quebecers will turn their clocks back one hour for the seasonal time change. Tuesday, the Quebec government launched a public consultation on whether the biannual switch should be abolished in the future.
Reut Gruber, Full Professor, Department of Psychiatry, and Director, Attention, Behaviour and Sleep Laboratory, Douglas Research Centre, is available to share her expertise. She can offer insights on how time changes disrupt our biological clock and provide tips to ease the transition. Additionally, she can discuss the impact of sleep deprivation on children’s academic performance.
