Dr. Youssef Karam is a Canadian board certified neurosurgeon with a specific interest in spine surgery. His practice includes general adult neurosurgical pathologies and adult spine pathologies: degenerative spinal diseases, spinal tumors, trauma, infections and craniovertebral junction pathologies.
Dr. Karam has completed two spine fellowships after his neurosurgical certification: a complex spine surgery fellowship at the University of Iowa and a minimally invasive spine fellowship at Northwestern University.
He has special interest in minimally invasive spine surgery, adult spinal deformity, brain and spinal trauma, spinal tumors, spinal infections, and craniovertebral junction pathologies.
