Biography:
Awarded to a student in the Schulich School of Music. Preference given to Voice students, full- and part-time. Established in 1984 by friends and former students of Mrs. Millar who was a singing instructor in the Faculty of Music from the mid-1930’s until 1963. Awarded by the Schulich School of Music Scholarships Committee.
