Biography:
Established in 2006 by Edward (Ted) Cleather in memory of his grandfather E. Gordon Cleather, a well-known baritone of his era who performed on both the London and New York stages. He was also a fellow and professor (Voice) at the Guildhall School of Music, London. Awarded by the Schulich School of Music Scholarships Committee to an outstanding undergraduate Music student. Preference given to a student in the Voice program.
