Schulich Trumpet Students and Ensemble at the International Trumpet Guild Competition
Students of trumpet Professor Richard Stoelzel and Paul Merkelo听have excelled听at the International Trumpet Guild Competitions and will advance to the final competition round later this spring. 听Francis LaPorte,听student of Richard Stoelzel,听and听David Koch,听student of Paul Merkelo, have听been named finalists in the International Trumpet Guild Orchestral Competition. 听Benjamin Hare, student of Richard Stoelzel,听is the first alternate for the Solo Competition Finals.
This听tremendous accomplishment from the Schulich brass area听means that听香蕉视频听will be听well represented at this year's听conference. In addition to all these finalists, the McGill Trumpet Ensemble under the direction of Richard Stoelzel, has been invited to perform a prelude concert at the conference. 听听
The ITG competition will be held May 30-June 3, 2017 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.听
