A new publicationÌýhighlightingÌýfascinating insights gained throughÌýinterviews with many Schulich professors has recently been released by theÌýÌýprogram. ÌýEarlier this yearÌýRice University students traveled to Montreal toÌýcollaborateÌýwithÌýInterim DeanÌýJulie Cumming, Prof.ÌýSimon Aldrich, Director of the Music Entrepreneurship Program, Doctoral studentÌýSuzu Enns. ÌýTheyÌýinterviewedÌýseveralÌýfaculty members on six themes titledÌýTurning Points,ÌýBeyond the Notes,ÌýInvisible to Visible,ÌýCultivating Talent,ÌýCollaborative Nature, andÌýMusic in our Lives. ÌýStudents from Rice University asked the same set of questions to faculty at Rice'sÌýShepherd School of Music, and then documented the similarities and differences between the Ìýtwo school's leadership structures and teaching cultures.
