Council Meetings are open to all Full Members, Associate Members, and Retired Members, unless Council votes to close a meeting because of the confidentiality of some matter before Council. Association members who attend Council Meetings as guests may be recognized with voice by the President, but do not have a vote.
In-person meeting with hybrid option. Â
