Title: Cactus groups and monodromy.

Abstract: The cactus group is a cousin of the braid group and shares many of its beautiful properties.Ìý It is the fundamental group of the moduli space of points on RP^1.Ìý It also acts on many collections of combinatorial objects.Ìý I will explain how we use the cactus group to understand monodromy of eigenvectors for Gaudin algebras.
