NutriPulse captures 3rd place at World Vision Food Security Social Innovation challenge
Published: 13 August 2018
NutriPulse has captured 3rd place in the 2018 World Vision Food Security Social Innovation challenge!  Co-Founders and PhD candidates Josephine Ampofo (FdSci), Adeyemi Adegbenjo (BRE) and Zeyan Zhong (FdSci) will spend the next year building their project.
NutriPulse aims to source nutrient-dense sprouted pulse foods from smallholder women farmers in Ghana, and then process and supply these ready-to-cook foods to students at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and people from the semi-rural communities surrounding KNUST – clienteles that are not traditionally assisted through food security programs.
