For Researchers, Graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and third year undergraduate students are invited to an information session presented by Mitacs on Research Funds for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows.

Mitacs builds partnerships between academia, industry and the world to create a more innovative Canada. Through unique research funding and training programs, Mitacs aims to support the development of the next generation of innovators with vital scientific and business skills.

This information session briefly presents the various research funding programs available at Mitacs for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, including Mitacs Accelerate, Elevate and Globalink. It also outlines basic techniques for identifying and reaching out to industry partners.

In this information session, attendees will learn which Mitacs resources are best suited to support your research and career objectives, and get hands on techniques to identify and reach out to an industry partner.
