Ï㽶ÊÓƵ's School of Human Nutrition is live streaming the one-day thematic conference offered by the Canadian Nutrition Society on the topic "80 is the new 50: Staying well as we age."

The conference will focus on the physiological changes that happen with aging and the role of nutrition and exercise in promoting healthy aging. With aging being such an important topic-especially as older adults are now the fastest growing demographic in Canada—both scientific experts and practitioners will be discussing the latest developments related to healthy aging.

A certificate of attendance for accreditation purposes will be provided after the event to add to your ODNQ (Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec) portfolio.

We encourage attendees to consider carpooling or using public transportation. Parking is available throughout Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
