| Odyssey Planning is an imaginative and playful way to explore career paths and lifestyle aims, and to reframe your 5-year plan. Based on Bill Burnett and Dave Evan's "Designing Your Life", this fun and interactive exercise will allow you to put together a cohesive and multi-dimensional vision of your life, rather than a linear career trajectory. Odyssey Planning is a great exercise for exploring where you want to go next in your career and your life. By attending this session, you will be able to: 1) Create three possible 5-year plans using the DYL method 2) Employ design thinking to reframe, ideate and get unstuck 3) Discuss how to move forward and try out some aspects of your plan |
