Soutenu par un généreux don de David O’Brien, le programme des Boursiers en résidence O’Brien vise à offrir aux professionnels des droits de la personne des occasions de visiter et de contribuer au Centre. Le programme vise à enrichir la vie intellectuelle du Centre sur les droits de la personne et le pluralisme juridique et à servir d’occasion de perfectionnement professionnel aux boursiers. Nous avons invité quatre de nos actuels boursiers en résidence à partager leurs travaux avec nous.

(en anglais seulement) Avec la participation de:

  • Fatemeh Sadeghi (Iran): A researcher and lecturer of political science and gender studies in Iran. She is a specialist in political thought, gender studies and Iranian politics. In summer 2019, she taught "Islamic Legal Traditions" at the Faculty.
  • Ayodele Ganiu (Nigeria): An artist and activist committed to advocating and defending artistic freedom of expression, cultural policy and copyright reforms as well as promoting development of creative industries in Africa.
  • Mauro Cristeche (Argentina): A researcher at Argentina's National Research Council (CONICET) and Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the National University of La Plata (UNLP).
  • Arafat Khan (Bangladesh): A fully qualified English Barrister and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is a researcher and a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law, North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
