Chancellor Day Hall NCDH 101, 3644 rue Peel, Montreal, QC, H3A 1W9, CA

In a lunchtime conversation hosted by the Outlaw McGill student club, Yuvraj Joshi will speak about dignity’s role and meaning in gay rights cases.

The concept of dignity has featured prominently in lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) rights jurisprudence around the globe. It is important that jurists understand the particularities of dignity’s meaning in different contexts. Yuvraj will discuss key LGB rights decisions from Canada, India, and the United States.

Yuvraj Joshi is a doctoral candidate and SSHRC Fellow at Yale Law School.
