Talmudic Law Moot Competition

Monday, March 23, 2015 17:30to19:30
Chancellor Day Hall Maxwell Cohen Moot Court (NCDH 100), 3644 rue Peel, Montreal, QC, H3A 1W9, CA

Join us for the Bet Din Moot, where law students from McGill and Osgoode Hall will debate a question of inheritance using classical sources of Jewish law. Our distinguished rabbinical bench will be composed of Greg Bordan (Norton Rose Fulbright), Doreen Brown (Green Glazer Nadler), and Azzim Hussein (Norton Rose Fulbright).

It promises to be a stimulating evening of debate and legal analysis, an appreciation of the sophistication and relevance of Talmudic Law, and a celebration of our brightest students.

A cocktail reception will follow.
