Chancellor Day Hall NCDH 316, 3644 rue Peel, Montreal, QC, H3A 1W9, CA

This university year, the Center for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism is hosting the Speaker Series on Economic Justice. This series aims to foster critical reflections and facilitate interdisciplinary conversations amongst scholars interested in/working on issues related to economic justice.

For this second event in the series, Professors Shauna Van Praagh and Colleen Sheppard will discuss intersections of identity, inequality and vulnerable communities, in the analysis of, and responses to, socio-economic justice – particularly from the perspective of children, persons with disabilities and Aboriginal people. Professor Jill Hanley (School of Social Work) will act as moderator.
