Session 2: Sexual Violence and Holocaust Testimony: A Case Study of Buried Words: The Diary of Molly Applebaum

Discussants:

Jan Grabowski (University of Ottawa). Presentation of the historical context of Molly’s story and background information about how the diary was discovered.

Deborah Barton (History, Université de Montréal): Analysis of Buried Words from a historical perspective

Sophia Koukoui  (Psychology, Université de Montréal): Analysis of Buried Words from a psychological perspective

Ariela Freedman (Liberal Arts, Concordia University): Analysis of Buried Words from a literary perspective
