Abstract
(In French only) Si les sources du droit ont pu être qualifiées de « délicieuses », elles deviennent une véritable gourmandise, confrontées au droit de la responsabilité civile. La gourmandise renvoie tant aux plaisirs qu’aux vices. Le plaisir qu’il y a à analyser les sources du droit de la responsabilité civile réside dans la mise en lumière d’une véritable interaction entre les sources. Le vice que révèle la confrontation d’une théorie des sources et du droit de la responsabilité est la persistance de certains conflits.
Biography
Mustapha Mekki is full professor of law at Université Paris 13 and Paris Sorbonne Cité. He is currently director of IRDA, the Research institute for attractive law. He obtained a doctorate from Université Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne. His research interests include legal sociology and legal theory, civil law, business law and environmental law. He is a European expert at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, and member of the International Law Journal of Sidi Bel Abbès University. Many books were published under his scientific supervision, and he published around forty articles. He is currently preparing a book on civil law and the environment, a treaty on evidence and a report on the origins, identity and the future of notaries.
