Reflecting on refugee resettlement after "Operation Syrian Refugees": Outcomes and challenges

Beginning in November 2015, thousands of Syrian refugees were resettled to Canada through "Operation Syrian Refugees." How have these refugees fared as they have settled in to life in Canada? What are the current challenges facing organizations that support refugee resettlement? What are the implications of these experiences for efforts to promote broader international adoption of Canada's refugee resettlement sponsorship system?
