McGill Symposium on International Arbitration: Alexis Mourre
The McGill Arbitration Society, the Private Justice and the Rule of Law Research Team, the L. About the speaker
Alexis Mourre is vice-president of the聽ICC International Court of Arbitration聽and co-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee.聽He聽is vice-president of the聽ICC Institute of World Business Law聽and member of the Arbitral Council of the聽Milan Chamber of Commerce. Alexis Mourre聽is the author of numerous books and publications, and a founding partner of聽Castaldi Mourre & Partners.聽He聽has served as counsel to party, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or expert in more than 140 international arbitral procedures, in commercial as well as investment cases, both ad hoc and before the most prominent arbitral institutions (including ICSID).聽
