The McGill Journal of Law and Health (MJLH) is holding its sixth annual colloquium at the Faculty of Law, titledÌýLitigating for health care reform in Canada: How new legal challenges aim to extend Chaoulli’s scope.Ìý
The Colloquium will address legal and policy issues associated with challenges in new cases coming from Alberta and British Columbia aiming to extend the reach of the decision inÌýChaoulli v.
