About the speaker
VÃctor M. Muñiz-Fraticelli, a Full Member of the Regroupement Droit, changements et gouvernance, is Associate Professor of Law and Political Science at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. He received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and his JD from the University of Puerto Rico, and also clerked at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. His recent book, The Structure of Pluralism (Oxford 2014), gives an account of the authority of associations continuous with the British Pluralist tradition but regrounded on legal positivism and current theories of group agency. His current research is on the structure of ecclesiastical polities in the modern state.
