The Research Group on Health and Law and the Institute for Health and Social Policy of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ welcome Professor , Boston College Law School, to discuss the right to health and its limits. This event is a follow-up to last term's Health Rights: Individual, Collective, and 'National' conference, which analyzed the relationship between individual and collective rights to health and/or health care in law and morality.

Katharine Young is an Associate Professor of Law at Boston College Law School, Massachusetts, USA. Her scholarship focuses on comparative constitutional law, economic and social rights, constitutional theory and positive state obligations, international human rights law, and public law and gender. Professor Young’s monograph,ÌýConstituting Economic and Social RightsÌý(Oxford University Press, 2012), is published in the Oxford Constitutional Theory series, and she has co-edited The Public Law of Gender (Cambridge University Press, 2016).Ìý
