BigDay BigData - a symposium on technology and normativity
The McGill Centre for Intellectual Property and Policy (CIPP) is honoured to announce an informal symposium concerning the impact of “Big Data” on normativity.
The meeting will benefit from generous presence of select internationally-renowned experts and scholars in the area of information technology and its impact on society. The discussion will focus on what the editor of The Economist, Kenneth Cukier, characterises as the most profound revolution in computing.
A small reception with the CIPP’s signature mocktail will complement the symposium.
