Webtop, a web-based interface in Documentum (software application used by McGill for CMS), enables us to capture, manage, store, track and deliver information, content and documents within a single repository.
This hands-on workshop is for staff who have to learn how to use Webtop for student records. It provides an overview of the main features of the Webtop interface and covers the following: check out, edit and check in of a document, annotate a PDF, import files and folders, create new files and folders, versions, notifications, quick flow and searching.
