Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
This workshop will be an opportunity to decompress and find some relief from anxiety and stress. We will learn about how stress and anxiety impacts our bodies, minds and nervous system, and use the physical and meditation principals from yoga to practice new ways of managing and coping with stress. No yoga experience necessary, all ages, genders, bodies and abilities welcome. Space is limited to 10 participants.
