WELL WEEK - Gratitude Workshop
Explore gratitude practices with LWA's Angela & Jodi! We are offering this opportunity to explore practices supported by research to improve overall mood and general well-being.ÌýÌýJoin us to learn more about the benefits of gratitude practices, experience meditation and journaling exercises, and engage in open discussion.ÌýThis workshop is open to those who are hoping to deepen their gratitude practices or begin one.ÌýÌýAll experienced gratitude practitioners and newbies are welcome!
