Unpacking Your Study Abroad
Just got back from Exchange or Study Away? Don’t forget to unpack your Study Abroad experience!
Welcome back to McGill! We hope you enjoyed your Study Abroad experience. No doubt it was full of adventure and learning both anticipated and unexpected, but now what?
The Office of Advising Students and Information Services (OASIS), in collaboration with Career Planning Service (CaPS), would like to invite you to the second developmental aspect of the ExL Study Abroad Program: The “Unpacking Your Study Abroad” workshop! Offered in both the Fall (October) and Winter (February) terms, this targeted workshop will give you the opportunity to debrief some of the highlights from your time abroad, but will also help you to mine your experience for skill development of use in your CV, Cover Letter, and in interviews.
The next “Unpacking Your Study Abroad” workshops, will take place from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. on Mon. Sept. 30th, Tue. Oct. 1st, Wed. Oct. 2nd, Thur. Oct. 3rd, and Fri. Oct.4th in Room 5001 in the Brown Student Services Building.
