More people are encountering stress, overwork, and the pressure of time constraints in their lives. This 2-part, condensed workshop will provide a brief introduction to 4 evidence based strategies to help manage the stressors in your life. The workshop will look at ways to soothe your mind and body while coping with stressors. Explore practical strategies to manage stress and achieve a healthier work-life balance.
