Do you have 30 minutes to learn a new skill? This series of workshops introduces you to 4 evidence based skills to build resilience and use setbacks as opportunities. Attend a single workshop or the entire series.

This workshop will help you identify negative self-talk and practice turning it into an internal dialogue that will enhance, rather than hinder, performance.
