This is a one-off workshop, but we highly recommend attending our two-part workshop before attending this one.
High performing project managers are effective communicators.Ìý Throughout the project life cycle, they leverage project presentations as a call to action, mobilizing stakeholders towards common goals.ÌýÌý
This one-hour seminar will address project presentations as strategic vehicles for initiating stakeholder dialogue, strengthening relationships, and increasing buy-in to achieve positive project outcomes.
