Mental Health With Merryl Hammond PhD
Thursday, January 30, 2020 16:00to17:30
Macdonald-Stewart Building
21111 Lakeshore Road, St Anne de Bellevue, QC, H9X 3V9, CA
Hammond is a public health nurse and adult educator, diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2008.
In this session, participants will hear first-hand accounts from both Hammond and Tami Hammond-Collins, her young adult daughter who survived the dramas of Hammond’s undiagnosed and untreated bipolar disorder.
The session will use an interactive format with time for a Q&A. Please join us and help break the stigma against mental illnesses of all kinds, in all age groups.
There will be a book signing at the end for those who might want to purchase a copy of Mad Like Me ($20).
