How to Prepare for a multiple-mini-interview (MMI)
MMIs are challenging and high-stakes situations that are designed to push applicants out of their comfort zones. This workshop will help you to understand how the MMI works and familiarize yourself with some common questions and scenario types. We'll also dig deeper to familiarize participants with the skills and attributes the MMI is designed to test.
By attending this workshop, students will be able to:
1) Understand the MMI, potential scenarios involved, and the skills it is designed to assess
2) Identify the areas in which they need to prepare for the interviewÂ
3) Prepare strategies / approaches to answer typical questions
