Exercise for Improving Wellness

This workshop, offered by the Wellness Hub, is designed to connect you with the benefits of movement. We will explore the following themes: the impact of exercise on mood and anxiety, motivation and challenges to exercising, self-compassion, and welcoming movement into your life in a sustainable way. This workshop consists of four one-hour sessions. Each week we will start with a brief discussion, followed by co-created exercise, and end with a brief reflection. Please plan on attending all four sessions. This workshop is inclusive and invites all levels of fitness.
