ACT Booster Session
Tuesday, February 6, 2024 11:00to12:00
This one-hour booster session is being offered to students who have previously completed the ACT for Mood & Anxiety group. It will be an opportunity to check in about some of the skills you learned (or maybe forgot about), ask questions now that you have practiced them in real life for a while or you maybe just need a refresher.
N.B. If you have not previously completed the ACT for Mood & Anxiety group, you will asked to get in touch with a mental health professional from the Wellness Hub to explore alternative options and/or potentially be referred to the group.
